      I've only received a part of my order, where are the rest of the items?

      We employ a number of specialized factories to manufacture our various product lines. As such, we ship from various warehouses, depending on where the products are made. So, some products can also be delivered separately. Please don't worry if you receive part of your order first, the rest will be with you soon!


      My package hasn't arrived yet, what should I do? 

      Don't worry! All items that have not arrived within 90 days since the time you order qualify for our reship guarantee. If you'd like to ask about your order status, feel free to email us your full name and order #number at care@bingostationery.com🥰 We'll be happy to help!

       

      Can I cancel my order?

      • Yes, you can cancel your order and get a refund if we have not shipped your order. However, if we have shipped your order, unfortunately you can no longer cancel.
      • To request for cancellation, you can email us at care@bingostationery.com with the subject "Cancel Order", let us know your full name and order #number. We will refund the amount you paid, minus the order & PayPal fee.

      Can I return my item for an exchange?

      • Yes! If you receive faulty goods, you can ask for an exchange within 15 days after you received your order.
      • The product should still be unused.
      • Just email your order #number, full name, reason for return, and pictures of the outer packaging containing your tracking number at care@bingostationery.com.
      • We will reply as soon as possible (within 1-2 business days).
      • Please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. 
      • Once we receive your return, we will send you a notification email and process your exchange.
